Frequently Asked Questions

What should you serve with chicken cordon bleu bake?

We like to serve chicken cordon bleu with my grandma’s green bean recipe (find that recipe here). It also pairs well with a salad (try this simple one), bread rolls and butter. Add in this delicious cheesy hashbrown casserole recipe too.

What is the best kind of ham to use in Chicken Cordon Bleu?

I use 1/2 lb honey ham lunch meat but you could also use Canadian bacon. Traditional chicken cordon Bleu calls for baked ham of some type. If you have leftover ham, you could use it for this recipe.
