Asset Protection Manager - Supply ChainThe Asset Protection Manager - Supply Chain is the onsite unit leader responsible to drive shrink reduction efforts by leveraging the Asset Protection team and Supply Chain leadership in accordance with the Company policies and procedures, to mitigate shrinkage and ensure safety and security.

Primary ResponsibilitiesTeam

• Leads, coaches, and trains Asset Protection team and contracted guard service across three shifts with coverage seven days a week. Establishes team engagement and retention, and drives performance.
• Provides work direction, awareness, and education, and ensuring adherence to Company policy and procedure. Provides standards enforcement and performance development and management.
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling to maintain staffing goals.

Shrink

• Drives shrink reduction through theft elimination, prevention and auditing of operational processes such as reverse logistics and post billing, accuracy audits, inbound/outbound shipments, cycle counts, customs/border control standards, as well as safety audts and performance metrics.
• Utilizes CCTV system to identify threats related to theft, shrinkage, violence, safety, and operational compliance.
• Partners with unit leadership and Store's Asset Protection teams to drive enterprise-wide shrink reduction.
• Ensures reports of incidents, accidents, and investigations, as well as operational processes inefficiencies.
• Identifies potential acts of theft and fraud through associate observation. Redirects incorrect behavior/process through coaching and development.
• Identifies and leads investigations. Interviews associates suspected of theft or fraud in accordance to Company standards, and properly documents all stages of the investigation.

Safe & Secure

• Enforces Safety process and procedures, and performs safety inspections, plans and executes Emergency Action Plans and reviews accident reports to understand root cause and remediation.
• Ensures Security inspections of the facility identify any risks.
• Ensure CCTV, Access Control, fire/burgular and weapons detection systems are functional and maintained.
• Performs safety audits and reviews safety performance metrics.
• Visible within the unit and on the floor to identify opportunities that may deviate from policy and procedure related to shrink, safety and security.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments

• 5-10 + years Asset Protection Leadership experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Retail
• Prefer experience with Supply Chain standard operating procedures
• Intermediate MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Asset Protection Systems, CCTV
• Takes Accountability, Produces Results, Drives Improvement, Thinks Critically, Prioritizes Customers, Works Collaboratively
• High School or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
