This is one of my very favorite photos from the book (photography credit to the super talented Jason Wyche). I love the gift box styling, and (of course) the bright, beautiful pink against the brown and white. Gorgeous!

And absolutely easy and delicious too! Chocolate-covered popcorn is one of my favorite go-to recipes for gifting and entertaining. It’s cheap, easy, tastes good, and packages well. Plus, you can dress it up with sprinkles and colors making it extra fancy as needed 🙂

Neapolitan is such a classic trio of dessert flavors, I simply couldn’t leave them out!

Neapolitan Popcorn

White chocolate, milk chocolate, and strawberry coated popcorn make up a delicious and beautiful dessert trio perfect for gifting and entertaining!

Ingredients

  • 9 cups popped popcorn (about 1/3 cup kernels or 3 microwave bags)
  • 1 cup white chocolate or vanilla melting candy
  • 1 tbsp strawberry-flavored instant gelatin mix
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate melting candy

Instructions

Divide the popcorn evenly into three large bowls and remove any unpopped kernels.

Place 1/2 cup of the white melting candy in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. If needed add additional heating time in 30-second increments, stirring after each time until the candy is melted and smooth. Whisk the strawberry-flavored gelatin mix into the melting candy.

Pour the melted candy over one bowl of popcorn. Using a large spatula, gently stir to coat.

Spread the popcorn mixture on a large piece of parchment paper or a large silicone baking mat. Allow to cool until the candy coating has hardened, about 20 minutes.
