The Christmas Cookie Recipes That Will Make This Holiday Sweeter (1)

Half Baked Harvest, Foodie Crush, How Sweet It Is

Before we even eat our Thanksgiving feast, the bakers in us start thinking about Christmas cookies. It's not that we can't and don't bake cookies other times of the year -- we never stop making cookies. It's that there's nothing quite as special as the cookies made for the holidays.

As soon as the nights grow long, our minds and stomachs start longing for peppermint-spiked, thumbprint-shaped and ginger-laced cookies. And don't think we forgot about the peanut butter blossom cookie, because we could never forget about those. With all this goodness in mind, we set out to collect the best Christmas cookies out there -- and we found them, 50 of them.
